Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Permanent Jewellery Wholesale, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and training to our customers. We understand that from time to time, you may need to return an item. Please read the policy below carefully to understand your rights and obligations when requesting a return or exchange.

This policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and applies to all purchases made through our website: www.permanentjewellerysuppliesaustralia.com.au.


Returns & Store Credit

You are entitled to a return or exchange if your item is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged

  • Not as described or does not meet consumer guarantees

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase

  • Items must be returned unused, uncut, unworn, and in original condition, with all quantities and packaging intact

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

  • A 10% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns and will be deducted from the store credit

  • Refunds are not issued under this policy—eligible returns will receive store credit only

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.


Training Manuals & Digital Products

All sales of training manuals and digital resources are final. Due to the nature of these products:

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered for any digital content or training materials

  • Any unauthorised resale, distribution, or use of our training materials will result in a penalty fee of $1,000 per offence and potential legal action


Machines & Equipment

Machines may be returned within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be in original, unused, and undamaged condition

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping and safe packaging

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all machine returns

  • No returns will be accepted for machines that show signs of use or modification


Order Processing & Shipping

  • We offer a 24-hour processing time (Monday to Friday) to dispatch your order as quickly as possible

  • Shipping timeframes are dependent on Australia Post or your selected courier, and may vary depending on your location

  • We are not liable for delays once the package is in the hands of the shipping provider

 

Reseller & Wholesale Restrictions

Wholesale purchases from this website are intended for verified jewellery businesses and approved resellers. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms:
May not repackage, rebrand, or resell our exclusive products (including custom designs, private-label items, or starter kits) without written approval.

You are prohibited from misrepresenting any product purchased from Permanent Jewellery Wholesale Australia as your own original product.

Training-based starter kits, bundles, and educational add-ons may not be resold or advertised as your own business offering.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate wholesale accounts, or take legal action against individuals or businesses that violate these terms.
