At Permanent Jewellery Wholesale (PJW), we aim to provide a smooth and efficient shipping experience for all our customers across Australia.

Shipping & Insurance Notice

Please note that orders shipped with standard postage are covered by the carrier AUSTRALIA POST for up to $100 only in the event of a lost or missing parcel.

If the value of your order exceeds $100, we recommend selecting shipping with additional insurance at checkout. This ensures your parcel is covered for the full value of your order if it is lost or damaged in transit.

If a parcel goes missing and additional insurance was not selected, Permanent Jewellery Wholesale is not responsible for covering any additional loss or replacement beyond this amount.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we will always do our best to dispatch your order promptly.


Shipping Times

  • Shipping times depend on your location and Australia Post delivery schedules.

  • Most domestic orders arrive within 2–6 business days, though delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier performance.

  • Please note that once parcels are handed over to Australia Post, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

  • We may offer free or discounted shipping promotions from time to time. These will be clearly noted on our website or at checkout.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Australia. Please contact us if you are outside Australia and would like to make a special request.

If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g., leave at door, safe drop), please include them during checkout. We will pass these on to the shipping provider where possible.
