$50 Deposit for Custom Charm Orders

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to begin work on your custom charm. This covers the design time, sample production, and (if requested) shipping of physical samples for your approval.

If you decide not to proceed with the order, the deposit is non-refundable.
If you move forward, the full $50 will be applied as a credit toward your first custom order (minus any sample-related expenses).
